A client requested project support on an automation upgrade opportunity that required fast tracking. The company wanted to take advantage of a seasonal window to install and commission two robot palletisers.
Ursa provided Project Management, Engineering and Safety specialists to complete the planning, pre delivery technical design review and approval, installation and commissioning, working closely with their supplier, site teams and global procurement teams.
Two robot cells were installed and commissioned in preparation for the upcoming seasonal packing.
